I explore the intersections of technology, theology, and human experience in an age of algorithms. As an entrepreneur and philosopher, I find myself constantly navigating the tension between innovation and tradition, between the drive to create new technologies and the wisdom to question their implications.

My writing investigates the hidden connections between ancient wisdom and contemporary challenges. I'm particularly fascinated by how we make sense of ourselves in a world increasingly mediated by artificial intelligence and digital technology. Drawing on thinkers from Heidegger to Wolfram, from the Book of Genesis to modern aesthetics, I seek to illuminate the wonder that persists even in our most mechanical creations.

The questions that animate my work:

  • How do we maintain human dignity in an age of artificial intelligence?

  • What can the philosophical traditions teach us about modern technology?

  • How do we reconcile the mechanical and the miraculous in contemporary life?

  • Where do we find genuine wonder in a world of algorithms?

This Substack is an invitation to think deeply about these questions together. Here, you'll find essays that challenge conventional wisdom about technology and human nature, explorations of the computational sublime, and investigations into what it means to be human in an increasingly digital world.

I believe that some of the most important insights emerge from unexpected connections - between theology and technology, between aesthetics and algorithms, between ancient wisdom and contemporary innovation. My goal is to create a space where we can explore these connections thoughtfully and critically, always with an eye toward what matters most: human flourishing in an age of rapid technological change.

Join me in this exploration of the black boxes - both technological and human - that shape our world. Together, we might discover that the most profound questions often lead not to final answers, but to deeper wonder.
